Just 4 Keepers of Northern VA, in it’s 10th year of providing quality goalkeeper training to youth goalkeepers in Northern Virginia is happy to announce a new partnership with the United Sportsplex (the U) in Manassas, Virginia to offer a special 8 session tune-up session for goalkeepers age 13+.
To get primed and ready for the Spring season, this limited time program for the months of January and February will be offered on Monday evenings from 7:00PM – 8:30PM for age 13+ keepers, especially those interested in earning a roster spot on their HS teams this Spring. In these 1.5hr sessions we’ll be focusing on key elements of Distribution, Handling, Shot Stopping, Communication/Organization, and Decision Making. All these items are essential to you and your teams’ success no matter where you play.
